Refresh your life with Coral

Many times I've murmured to myself what would have been if there was a button/tab to refresh our lives. Seems childish! Yes, i do admit we need to be childish at some point of our lives. We complain; life is hectic and unmanageable with each passing days throwing up it's tantrums on the face of our fateful life.

Complicated!! So, refreshing up our lives once in a while is not a bad idea. The point here is to revamp our look, wardrobe and even home decor giving the way for Summer trend : Coral. Many of us are still not aware of the color and get confuse with Red and/or Orange.

Frens, Coral is different and so refreshing that just a hint of it in our lives can make us and our home look refreshed and recharged.

Coral color in wardrobe:

Coral trend in the runway:

How to wear Coral in different ways:

# It's one of the latest summer trend and can be used in versatile way without being too loud or too simple.

 # First lady Michelle Obama rocks it in right way.

# While Duchess of Cambridge wore pant in coral which resulted 2,000 coral pants were sold out in a single day in UK, many other seem to rock it as well. and its elegant. I loved the Coral Blazer worn with simple yet elegant little white dress with nude pumps.

# Refresh your bland office suit with  bright coral shirt or blouse.

No, i am not partial towards ladies, the gentleman can wear Coral shirts and T-shirt which can help make them look softer indeed though Coral is widely used in women's wardrobe.

# Use Coral in ethnic wear (Kurtis, Lehenga, Ghaghra, Salwar suits and/or Saree)

# Give your make up a Coral lift this season. Theme is bright, brighter and if you can carry it off, then brightest. :-)

How to use Coral in Home decor :

Trendy Home decor doesn't always mean to have expensive accessories, rich crafts and those eye popping price tags. It's all about the overall look and we can create simple yet 'living' and statement making decor and interior with right touch of coral. How ?? Simple, Go ahead !!

# Use cover of sofa and chairs in coral and you are done even in the bland decor. Mix it with white and even the black. Price tag depends upon the fabric you will use.

# Cushion covers and carpets in Coral color.

# Change the bulb, lamp, wallpaper, vase and or that simple furniture of the room in the coral color this season and keep them for the sake of next season. I swear you will thank me for this next year. :P

# No need for expensive wallpapers and wall arts. Just plain coral coloured wall can work wonder for us.

# I am laughing to myself, am I obsessed for the Coral !! No way, I am partial for the result it can bring out. Plain curtains in coral have modified the room from a blank one to 'Statement making'.

# I just love the concept of designer here. He/she has maintained the pristine look of the room with almost greyish Cupboard with coral interior background and should i answer for the result ? Its all about idea after all, how the things are choreographed. Any other carpenter here would have used in vice versa. Wood colored cupboard and blank white background. Think opposite and have great results.

# I am partial towards coral  because like those other colors in trend, Coral in everything won't go wrong. Here is the proof. In the pic, there is coral in wall, in furniture, and even in carpet.

Thought of the day : Happiness lies within us and it shows up in our face, behaviour and attitude. So, being happy and content within is mandatory. Refresh yourself very often through the activities you love and treat yourself in the way you will treat others. 'Life' itself is waiting for you to be lived.

Till the next post, take care.

The adorable jumpsuits can be worn as sexy and feminine short dresses with right and perfectly chosen accessories. Make statement with belt, Purse, Clutch and shawls.

4. Mixing things up ( Outer, Blazer, shawls and even Jackets)

Cameron Diaz rocks the white Jumpsuit layering with that bright necklace and Blue denim Jacket.

A belt which is perfectly matched with the outfit (either in contest or same color) can make u look  a Million bucks. Style is all about attitude and A belt can make a Jumpsuit the same. It makes us look sophisticated and ultra modern.

How to cure Menstrual Cramp/Pain

Menstrual Cramps-medically known as Dysmenorrhea-is a condition where you may experience severe ache in the abdomen and pelvic region during your periods.  A lot of times menstrual cycles wreak havoc in form of menstrual cramps.

In addition, it can also lead to cravings and mood swings. The pain is caused due to the release of prostaglandins and other inflammatory substances that cause uterine contractions. Sometimes, it may lead to vomiting, nausea and diarrhea as well.

The experience of menstrual cramps is different in different women but there are some ways that guaranteed to relieve discomfort and pain. Here are some things you can try that may help ease the discomfort.

Ayurveda

  • Take Ashokarishtha (a uterine tonic) before your periods begin (available at all ayurveda stores)

  • take 20ml of Vasa(malabar nut) or Guduchi(gulancha tinospora) juice along with honey before your meals.
  • Take ½ tsp hing (asafoetida) mixed with ghee as soon as you feel the ache.

Homeopathy

  • Dissolve a few tablets of Mag phos 6x tablets in warm water an sip it through the day
  • Take Colocynth 200, 3 pills every 30 minutes

Naturopathy

  • Gently massage castor oil on your abdomen and follow it with hot fermentation or heat pack – it will immediately reduce the discomfort.

  • Heating pad is a great way to relieve menstrual cramps. You just have to lie down with heating pad on the problem area. Try to lie down on this, and keep the heating pad below yourself. You can also lie on the back and allow heat to effect other areas of your body as well.
The basic point is, getting into position where it is comfortable for you to lie down for a certain period of time. You can also opt for disposable heating pads available in market. In my case, this is the best cure for the menstrual pain.
  • To prevent menstrual cramps, do yoga asanas such Pranayam regularly
  • Taking a hip bath, also known as sitz bath( fill a tub/basin with warm water and sit in it) every day with tepid water for 15 minutes, will help ease the pain
  • Drink ginger tea with honey

Make sure that you have your daily dose of vitamins along with calcium and zinc supplements. Calcium and zinc also helps in preventing cramps before they actually start.

If the pain persists even after following the above mentioned remedies, visit a specialist to get yourself checked. Drinking as mush fluids, fruit juices and hot beverages is also beneficial.

Smart storage and beautiful home

Damn ! what a uncluttered room." Ever now and then when i step into room or nooks of house, i utter those words. Sometimes terribly tired of making things work and sometimes taking in charge to manage everything. How long we have been waiting for some smart storage options, tips to manage storage and simplify our lives ! Go ahead with the simple and smart options to make everything easy.

Storage Ideas :
# See How a space near the TV is managed !! There are lots of space still remaining to be filled upon.

# One more, Note the staircase, how the corner space is utilized to its optimum level.

#  Play with monotone of colors. and that dash of red through the shawl on Sofa looks lively in the setting of black and white. Note the cute shelf with doors upon the table. wow..

# Have we ever thought of the coffee table which could be used as the study cum Mini Library ? See the smart storage holders for books. There is bar which is section to categorize the books and/or magazines as well as well. We should really "think out of the box".

# Just because we have a relatively smaller space for bathroom doesn't mean it should be bland. How well a shelf in the bathroom could be designed! The shelf is kept above the commode and the towel hangers are just placed in smart way which makes optimum use of the spaces available.

# One more, how many storage options can u see in this picture ? :-)

 # A relatively small bedroom ? No worries, the blank space above the bed can be used for the well crafted storage cabinet and shelf. The choice is your with colours.

Play with Colours

# An art by itself. Amazing play of bright hues and statement making mini statues (yes, i don't know the name) work best for the room. The Red geometric shapes art in the poster, the play of orange, pink, red in contrasting white walls give so much appeal to the congested room. Note the sitting area created in the walls. Beautiful is the word.

# Who says Black and white is boring combination. The smaller room below has the decor in the very theme and see the magic !! Picture perfect. Note the 'No fuss' in windows. just plain bland white windows have so much appeal to the room where colorful curtains fail to give sometimes.

# Here is an example of making a statement Bath area. with a bland Black wall.

Save time with idea in Entrance:

Have you ever felt that if only the keys were before hand while locking the door or moving out in emergency? I've felt so many times. The hurry, the hustle bustle and just no time giving mornings create hassle for many of us.Why not to get some ideas :

# If only had i kept those umbrella and jackets/wind cheaters like that in the pic. Its just so simple!!

# And what about some basket of bucket to make those drenched umbrellas to get in . Will surely keep one like this.

# One more for you

Ahh i just love all of them. Quite simple. So what about creating some good changes around us ? See you all in next post which is related to the ideas as well. have many of them. Till then, stay happy and spread happiness. :-)
